About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications:
together with Public service on supervision of safety of aircraft and the Ministry of Finance to resolve in accordance with the established procedure issue concerning transfer to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of part of the budget settings provided on content in 2006 of Public service on supervision of safety of aircraft taking into account the powers delegated to it concerning safety of aircraft;
submit in a month proposals concerning reduction of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in compliance with this resolution;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Presidential decree of Ukraine about recognition invalid, some presidential decrees of Ukraine on safety issues of aircraft.
