1. Approve Rules of assessment of impact of the planned activities on the environment in case of development of the state, industry and regional development programs of industries of economy, schemes of placement of productive forces.
2. Provide to legal department state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan Iskakov N. A.
