Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 30, 2004 No. 295 "About approval of the List of agricultural machinery and the List of spare parts to the agricultural machinery exempted from the tax discharge on value added when importing to the Republic of Tajikistan".
3. Enact this resolution since October 1, 2007.
