The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form as a part of the Ministry of cases of family, youth and sport State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child as governmental body of public administration.
2. Approve Regulations on State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child who is applied.
3. Ceased to be valid
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1996 of N380 "Questions of the Center for Adoption of Children under the Ministry of Education" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 10, the Art. 278).
5. Take into consideration that the State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child is placed on Ulitsa Desyatinnaya, 14, in Kiev.
6. To the Ministry of Education and Science:
perform in accordance with the established procedure actions for liquidation of the Center for adoption of children under the Ministry of Education and Science;
together with the Ministry of cases of family, youth and sport in week time to resolve issue of transfer of documentation (electronic and papers) from the Center for adoption of children under the Ministry of Education and Science in State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child.
7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
