About some measures for strengthening of social protection of educators
For the purpose of improvement of social protection of educators and in pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Hukumatam of GBAO, areas, cities and areas, to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan:
a) provide charge of the receivable payments provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education":
medical benefit in the amount of monthly salary to the next labor leave to the pedagogical employees, research associates, other employees of teaching and educational organizations, organizations of advanced training and training, workers of pedagogical editions consisting in the staff list;
monthly monetary compensation on acquisition of periodicals and publishing products in the amount of 10% of official pay rate to pedagogical employees of educational institutions and workers of pedagogical editions;
b) provide to the pedagogical workers having chronic diseases, at least, than every 10 years continuous teaching work, at will, paid leave for up to one year.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:
find sources of means for repayment of the debt on the payments provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" formed after May 10, 1995 and allocate necessary assignments for these purposes;
provide that debt repayment on the salary and the payments equated to it from January 15, 1994 till May 10, 1995 will be performed according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
allocate, since 1996, the assignments in the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for implementation of measures provided by this resolution.
