For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal profession" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 1993 I order to N302 "About Order of Registration of Lawyer Associations":
1. Approve Rules of preparation and execution of decisions concerning registration of lawyer associations by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice L. V. Efimenko.

1. These rules also resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 1993 N302 "About Order of Registration of Lawyer Associations" are drafted according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal profession".
2. Rules determine the procedure of consideration of preparation and execution of decisions concerning documents which are filed to the Ministry of Justice (further - Ministry of Justice) for registration of lawyer associations or modification of statutory documents (daleeustavny documents).
