Determine that concerning the goods determined by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 N839 "About Modification of the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation concerning the Autocomponents Imported for Industrial Assembly and concerning Components and Number of Primary Goods for Production of Aviation Engines" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 290), are effective the rates of import customs duties approved by the specified resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 2, 2007.
