1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of availability and the size of corporate laws of the state in property of the economic organizations founded on the mixed pattern of ownership and preparation them to privatization it (is applied).

2. To department of reforming of property (Krasovsky V. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. After state registration of this order to provide provision it in Management of official printing publications for publication in "The state newsletter on privatization" and Department of interaction with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and public relations for the bringing to publicity on the website of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid:

- Regulations on procedure for preprivatization preparation of the companies in which authorized capitals there is the state share, N1691 approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 14, 2000 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2000 for N562/4783;
