3. To department of external relations and information of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to publish this resolution in mass media after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic becomes effective after passing of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication and is effective during 2007.
