Questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication (further - the Agency);

2) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the list of public institutions - territorial authorities of the Agency;

4) the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication.

2. Abolish Committee on communication and informatization of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) with transfer of its functions and powers on property management to the Agency.

3. Determine that financing of maintenance costs of the Agency is performed due to the assignments provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the number of staff transferred to the Agency.

4. Excluded

5. Reorganize public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee into public institutions - territorial authorities of the Agency.

6. To provide to the agency, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation redistribution of the budgetary funds allocated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2003.
