1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 22, 2000 No. 273 "Single questions of licensing of activities for storage of grain at the cereal-receiving companies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 9-10, 102);

2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2001 No. 522 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 14, the Art. 184).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after official publication.
