About practice of removal by economic courts of private determinations
For the purpose of ensuring the correct and uniform application by economic courts of regulations of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus in case of removal of private determinations the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, being guided by articles 14-16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 1998 "About economic courts in the Republic of Belarus" (Vedamasts?
