About culture of legal procedure in economic legal proceedings
For ensuring efficiency of justice in the field of the economic (economic) relations the correct preparation, the organization and carrying out legal procedures in case of strict observance of legality, increase in culture in activities of economic courts of the Republic of Belarus has special value (further - economic courts).
The culture of legal procedure consists in steady observance by judges and specialists of economic courts, persons participating in case and also other participants of economic process of requirements of economic procedural and other legislation.
Most of judges of economic courts perform justice in strict accordance with the legislation, thereby providing accomplishment of tasks of economic legal proceedings, making precautionary and educational impact on persons participating in case, other participants of economic process and other persons, creating respect for the law and court.
However despite general increase in culture of implementation of justice by economic courts, there are separate shortcomings influencing quality of permission of cases and reducing social significance of legal procedures.
For the purpose of increase in culture of legal procedure in economic legal proceedings and exceptions of shortcomings in case of its carrying out the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, being guided by articles 14-16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 1998 "About economic courts in the Republic of Belarus" (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 32),
