About Fund of development of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law determines legal and organizational basis of forming and activities of Fund of the development of the Kyrgyz Republic intended for development and stimulation of priority and strategic industries of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic by means of effective corporate management by financial assets of the state.
1. The fund of development of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Fund) is legal entity in the form of the specialized financial credit institute created in the form of private company with absolute participation of the state.
The central development, investments agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and innovations performs functions of the agent of the state on management of shares of Fund, and also is their holder (shareholder).
Shares of Fund cannot be sold, pledged, encumbered or aloof any different way.
2. The location of Fund is the city of Bishkek. The fund has the right to create branches, representations and to appoint the representatives in the Kyrgyz Republic and beyond its limits. The fund has seal with the name.
3. The Kyrgyz Republic does not bear responsibility according to obligations of Fund. The fund does not bear responsibility according to obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
