2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2003 No. 1039 "About some questions of licensing of activities for nature protection designing, regulation and works in the field of environmental assessment" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 41, the Art. 433);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 23, 2004 No. 889 "About some questions of licensing and carrying out environmental audit" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 30, the Art. 413);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2005 No. 1086 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 23, 2004 No. 889" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 38, the Art. 548).
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 9, 2007 and is subject to official publication.
