About introduction of temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of separate types of petrochemical products
According to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement, Item 1 of part 2 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of separate types of petrochemical products (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2707 10 900 0, 2902 20 000 0, 2902 30 000 0, 2902 41 000 0, 2902 43 000 0 and 2907 11 000 0) (further - goods).
2. Determine that the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:
on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
on the goods moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;
on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring activities of the military forming of the Russian Federation which are in the territories of foreign states;
on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation on Svalbard archipelago;
on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation, located in Baikonur (Republic of Kazakhstan) and in the territory of the Baikonur complex;
