"3) information on availability of digital system for order taking for the conclusion of the agreement and procedure for receipt of access to oil products.";

"29. The exact time and the date of receipt of the request are fixed by digital system of the supplier of oil products.
Receipt of the request through e-mail is confirmed by digital system of the supplier of oil products by the automatic notification of the sender of the request.";
4) of Item 41 to state the subitem in the following edition:
