Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2014 No. 1210 "About approval of method of calculation of the sizes of the amounts of customs duties, taxes and Regulations on establishment (fixing) of the fact of increase in sizes of customs duties, taxes which are subject to compensation or emergence of obligation on payment of the amounts of customs duties, taxes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 47, Art. 6567; 2022, No. 32, Art. 5850).

1. In paragraph four of Item 5 of method of calculation of the sizes of the amounts of customs duties, taxes which are subject to compensation approved by the specified resolution "the customs legislation of the Customs union and the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs affairs" shall be replaced with words words "the right of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation".
2. In Regulations on the establishment (fixing) of the fact of increase in sizes of customs duties, taxes or emergence of obligation on payment of the amounts of customs duties, taxes approved by the specified resolution:
a) in item 4:
word in paragraph one "the chief accountant of the applicant and certified by the applicant's seal" shall be replaced with words "the chief accountant of the applicant (or other authorized person to which conducting financial accounting is assigned) and certified by the applicant's seal (in the presence)";
