About introduction of temporary ban on import of apples to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of support of gardening farms of the Kyrgyz Republic, creation of conditions for timely realization of harvest of apples of 2026 and preserving potential production of industry, according to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the temporary ban imposed after three days from the effective date of this resolution for up to February 1, 2027 on import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the apples classified by codes 0808 10 100 0 - 0808 10 800 8 of the CN FEA EEU from the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for:
1) the apples following en route through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic including in case of their movement from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, in the presence of the documents confirming date of their shipment and the direction;
2) the apples shipped to the address of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of this resolution in the presence of the official letter of the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic sent to customs authority and confirming the specified circumstances.
2. To provide to the ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic monthly monitoring of production, inventories and the prices of apples in the domestic market and in case of risk of the insufficient offer without delay to make offers on early cancellation or change of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
