About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Part 1 of Article 222.2 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of December 5, 2013 after words of "the conclusions of the commission" to add with words "the conclusions accepted concerning the prohibition on participation in process of purchases established by the law "About Purchases"".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 222.3 of the code after the words "government employee" with the words "or the affiliated participant established by the law "About Purchases"".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 222.4 of the code after the words "government employee" with the words "or the affiliated participant established by the law "About Purchases"".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2027 and extends to the relations which arose after that.
