About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 135 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In case of lack of the property provided by part Items 1-4 2 Articles of 131 of this Code according to the prosecutor exercising supervision in course of production, property which it is seized, equivalent to it or property which it is seized on the basis, stipulated in Item 5 parts 2 Articles of 131 of this Code it can be removed from arrest according to the decision of the investigator or court if the owner or the owner of property represents the bank guarantee equivalent to distrained property.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
