About modification and amendments in the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

2. The current activities in the field of health care, including in the field of the medical care and servicing having the share belonging to the state on the right of absolute property and also in municipal joint-stock companies and the state or municipal non-profit organizations are headed by executive body which is appointed and dismissed in the cases established by the law, according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
3. Person holding position of executive body in the organizations specified regarding 1 this Article cannot:
