About entering of amendments into the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2026
Article 1. No. ZR-147 "About anti-corruption committee" (further - the Law) after words "monetary reward" to add part 1 of article 31 of the Law of March 24, 2021 with words ", medal or badge".
Article 2. To add article 45.3 of the law with part 8 of the following content:
"8. The procedure for allocation of special means to the employee of anti-corruption committee, their storage, carrying and transfer is established by the chairman of anti-corruption committee.".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from adoption of this law is accepted within three months after the introduction of this law in force.
