About entering of amendments into the Law "About Funded Pensions"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2026
Article 1. No. ZR-244 (further - the Law) to add article 20 of the Law "About Funded Pensions" of December 22, 2010 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Information which is pension secret can be also provided in electronic form.".
Article 2. To add article 21 of the law with part 3 following of content:
"3. Information and documents provided by part 2 of this Article can be also provided in electronic form.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
