Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 375-VIIQD of March 3, 2026 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

The words "or for a fee on other legal causes" in subitem 2.1.3 "Rules of transportation of goods by road transport", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 142 of September 17, 2009. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 746 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 81, 111, 112; 2025, No. 3, Article 282; 2026, No. 6, Article 591; The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 245 of July 29, 2026) shall be replaced with words "(for a fee) or on other legal causes provided by articles 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 of the Law respectively".
