Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 253 of December 19, 2024 "About the additional measures connected with development of fishery and aquaculture in the Azerbaijan Republic, and introduction of amendments to some decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in this regard" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. To part 6 of the "Rules of preparation and use of water consumption" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 206 of October 15, 1998. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I); 2025, No. 4 (the book I), Article 384), after the words "Azerbaijani State Agency of Water Resources" to add the word "Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. In the "Regulations on rules of use of water objects for rest and sport" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 216 of October 22, 1998.
