Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 539 of November 28, 2025 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 280-VIIQD of October 31, 2025 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" and modification of some presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic in this regard" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
2. In the "Rules of designing, construction, reconstruction and repair of highways" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 16 of February 7, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 115 (volume I); 2025, No. 2, Article 180) to make the following changes:
2.1. In the Section "I. Designing of highways":
2.1.1. In Item 1.14 of the word "bus-stops" shall be replaced with words "stop Items";
2.1.2. In Items 2.4 and 2.5 of the word "on bus-stops" shall be replaced with words "in stop Items";
