Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 6, 2025 about introduction of amendments to some decrees and orders and about cancellation of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 190 of August 27, 2024 "About additional measures for enhancement of management in the field of anti-monopoly control and control of the consumer market", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the Section "Note" of Item 1.15 of "Rules of designing, construction, reconstruction and repair of the highways" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 16 of February 7, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 115 (volume I); 2025, No. 2, Article 180), the words "State Center of Standardization and Metrology of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state anti-monopoly supervision and supervision agency of the consumer market in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic".
