About modification and amendments in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Bring in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of December 28, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 998; 2016, No. 7, Art. 626; 2019, No. 1, Art. 24, Art. 25; 2020, No. 1, Art. 23; 2026, Art. No. 1-2, 10), following changes and amendments:
1. In the paragraph the sixteenth the word of "citizens" shall be replaced with words parts 1 of Article 4 "physical persons and legal entities".
2. Regarding 3rd Article 6 "organizations" to replace the word with the word "associations".
3. Add Article 8 with paragraphs the fourth and fifth the following content:
"-use of innovative technologies in town-planning activities for decrease in adverse environmental impact and improvement of quality of life of the population;
- implementation of mechanisms of regular control and assessment of high-quality execution of town-planning projects;".
4. To add part 3 of Article 9 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"-observe and provide safety regulations in case of construction and operation of objects of town planning for the purpose of prevention of emergency situations and protection of life and health of citizens;".
5. To state part 3 of Article 25 in the following edition:
"3. Contractors of town-planning activities shall:
- provide respect for town-planning, sanitary, fire protection and environmental standards and rules at all stages of activities;
- carry out construction works based on the approved town-planning documentation and the agreement signed with the customer;
- compensate damage suffered to the environment, property of physical persons and legal entities or life and health of citizens and to take adequate measures on elimination of their effects;
- observe other requirements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan.".
