"4) imported within implementation of the investment agreements approved by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the investment projects provided by the international treaties and agreements which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
- add with subitems 5, 6 following contents:
"5) imported for projects implementation, the national investment projects and projects of the state value provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value" of February 18, 2026 No. 119, in the presence of the official letter of the responsible curator assigned to the corresponding project, confirming commodity importation for implementation of this project included in the list;
