1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of the national pension social insurance" of July 23, 2024 No. 411 the following changes:
1) the List of the documents necessary for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another, and also payment of ritual benefit (on burial) approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. For inclusion in insurance years of service of time of participation of the citizen in vote at election of the president of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic the data on participation in vote received by bodies of Social fund by means of system of digital interaction Tunduk (further - STsV "Tunduk") from digital technological system of authorized body at elections and holding referenda shall be provided.
In case of impossibility of receipt of the provided data by means of STsV "Tunduk" the corresponding data are requested by bodies of Social fund directly from authorized body at elections and holding referenda.";
2) the Regulations on procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions on the national pension social insurance approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 17-1 of the following content:
