For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for use of means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on special accounts in system of the single treasurer account, strengthening and development of material and technical resources of budgetary institutions according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on special and deposit accounts in system of the single treasurer account" of May 31, 2025 No. 302 the following change:
in the Regulations on means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on special accounts in system of the single treasurer account, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 16 of the word "on covering of current expenses" shall be replaced with words "on covering of expenses", after the words "strengthening of material and technical resources", to add with the words "construction of buildings and constructions".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
