About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
1) in Article 31:
a) to state paragraph two of part 3 in the following edition:
"The maximum size of the penalty imposed on physical person cannot exceed 200 settlement indicators, except for the penalties imposed for the offenses provided by Articles 76, of 77, 77-1, 149, 228-11, 284-1, 284-2, 311, of 312, of 313, of 314, 320-1, 372-1, 373, of the 446th of this Code which size cannot exceed 1000 settlement indicators.";
b) to state paragraph two of part 4 in the following edition:
"The maximum size of the penalty imposed on the legal entity cannot exceed 650 settlement indicators, except for the penalties imposed for the offenses provided by Articles 76, of 77, 77-1, 144, of 149, 228-11, 284-1, 284-2, 311, of 312, of 313, of 314, of the 346th of this Code which size cannot exceed 2000 settlement indicators by Articles 309-1, 318 and 319-1 of this Code which size cannot exceed 10000 settlement indicators, and Articles 372-1 and 373 of this Code which size cannot exceed 1500 settlement indicators or can be expressed in the multiple size which procedure for determination is provided in part 6 of this Article.";

"Article 228-11. Violation of requirements for personal data protection and/or information of personal nature
1. Violation by the established legislation of procedure, conditions and requirements to processing and personal data protection or information of personal nature, and also their unauthorized distribution if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -
attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 25 settlement indicators, on officials - 100 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 650 settlement indicators.
