According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the temporary ban imposed after three days from the effective date of this resolution for a period of six months on import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the plates, sheets, panels, tiles and similar products without ornament from gypsum covered or reinforced only by paper or cardboard, classified by code 6809 11 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU.
2. Determine what will lock, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, does not extend to goods:
1) moved through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to customs procedure of customs transit;
2) imported from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
3) imported within implementation of the investment agreements approved by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the investment projects provided by the international treaties and agreements which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days before entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure no later than three days before entry into force of this resolution to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
