1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 13, 2019 No. 910 "About approval of Rules of education and work of screening committees of military units and organizations of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19616) the following amendment:
in Rules of education and work of screening committees of military units and organizations of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows Item 7:
"7. For the purpose of the organization of work as screening committees the following events are held:
verification of personal records of candidates;
check of candidates for compliance of the available military specialties and formation of the military position considered for appointment;
check of physical fitness of candidates;
holding actions for professional and psychological selection;
consideration of the selected candidates at meeting of the screening committee;
check of candidates by means of information system "Analytical center" of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for availability of the data provided by the subitem 6) of Item 2 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About military service and the status of the military personnel"".
2. To provide to personnel department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
