Are not subject to inclusion in personnel reserve of person which cannot be accepted on public service according to Item 2 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and also attached to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to article 15-2 of the Law.";
state Items 15 and 16 in the following edition:
"15. Concerning persons, stipulated in Item 4 these rules, the Minister accepts the order on inclusion in personnel reserve based on the statements and (or) records of service represented by Service of personnel management.
16. The list of faces included in personnel reserve is published on the website of the Ministry within 2 working days from the date of adoption of the order of the Minister on inclusion in personnel reserve.
To persons to whom it is refused inclusion in personnel reserve notifications according to the procedure, provided by the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with motivated answers about refusal, go to inclusion in personnel reserve within 5 working days from the date of adoption of the order of the Minister.";
