1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
Item 15:
add with subitem 8-1) of the following content:
"8-1) develops and approves procedure for holding operational and preventive actions by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
add with subitems 147-7) and 147-8) of the following content:
"147-7) approves rules and methods of determination of professional competences, key indicators and measure calculation of competitiveness (digital rating) of the serviceman of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
147-8) approves the list of military positions in case of appointment to which concerning the military personnel and faces of civil personnel (workers) it is performed using psychophysiological and polygraphological researches;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
