"7(1)) performs actions for ensuring compliance of the activities, activities of the foreign office of Rossotrudnichestvo to the purposes and tasks of state policy for preserving and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values;".
2. To enable the realization of this Decree proceeding from the established extreme number of employees of Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation and within the budgetary appropriations provided to this Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
