in the Rules of rendering the state service "Inclusion in the List of the Industrial Consumers Using the Liquefied Oil Gas as Raw Materials for Production of Petrochemical Products" approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows Item 1:
"1. These rules of rendering the state service "Inclusion in the List of the Industrial Consumers Using the Liquefied Oil Gas as Raw Materials for Production of Petrochemical Products" (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" (further - the Law on the state services).";
be reworded as follows item 4:
"4. In these rules the following concepts are applied:
1) industrial consumer - the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity acquiring gas for use in fuel quality and (or) raw materials in industrial and agricultural production.
