These rules of forming of the list of investment projects on production of petrochemical products (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 7-1) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for forming of the list of investment projects by production of petrochemical products (further - the list).
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the contractor of the investment project - the legal entity included in the register of investors according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and realizing the investment project on production of petrochemical products.
The contractor of the investment project is the industrial consumer using the liquefied oil gas as raw materials for production of petrochemical products;
