I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2022 No. 342 "About approval of Rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28504) the following changes:
in Rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the domestic processed goods, works and services on the domestic market approved by the specified order:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The operator opens the account according to the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for implementation of management of the funds allocated for rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market on the basis of the agreement signed between authorized body and the Operator.
Compensation of part of costs of subjects of industrial and innovative activities for promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market is performed within the means provided on these purposes in the republican budget for the corresponding financial year.
In case of complete development of the money provided by the republican budget for the corresponding financial year for implementation of provision of measures of the state stimulation within these rules, the Operator stops order taking before receipt of funds on the current account.
