About implementation of system of carrying out state registration of health and pharmaceutical workers
For the purpose of consecutive continuation of the reforms performed in health care system, I decide improvement of quality of medical services by means of implementation of system of carrying out state registration of health and pharmaceutical workers on the basis of new valuation principles of their professional qualification:
1. Determine main objective of this Decree implementation of system of carrying out state registration of health and pharmaceutical workers according to international standards, and also independent assessment of their professional qualification on the basis of criteria of openness.
2. Establish procedure according to which:
(a) since July 1, 2027 the system of occupation professional activity of health and pharmaceutical workers by means of carrying out their state registration step by step takes root. At the same time:
(i) state registration extends to the specialties included in the nomenclature of specializations on which medical and pharmaceutical activities are performed;
(ii) the list of the specialties which are subject to state registration by special examination or without it on the basis of the specified nomenclature affirms the Ministry of Health proceeding from extent of medical impact on patients with health and pharmaceutical workers;
(iii) the procedure for carrying out state registration of health and pharmaceutical workers, its suspensions, cancellation and repeated carrying out is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers;
(b) the Unified electronic register of specialists in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics giving opportunity of carrying out state registration, monitoring of professional activity, and also open entry to data is kept;
