About additional measures for development of transport and logistic system

For the purpose of further development of transport and logistic system of the country, increase in amount of transit cargo transportation, supports of activities and increase in competitiveness of the transport and logistic companies, development of activities of the transport and logistic centers, warehouses and terminals on the basis of modern information technologies, and also ensuring transparency and efficiency in this sphere I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine the main target indicators of development of transport and logistic system for 2026 - 2030:

(a) specialization of the city of Hanabada of the Andijan region, Alatsky district of the Bukhara region, Termez district of the Surkhandarya region, Yangiyulsky and Akhangaransky districts of the Tashkent region under the transport and logistic sphere;

(b) implementation of management systems terminals (Terminal Operating System) and managements of warehouses (Warehouse Management System) in the transport and logistic centers;

(c) further development of network of the transport and logistic centers with finishing their annual capacity for load handling at least 40 million tons;

(d) finishing export of transport and logistics services to 3, one billion US dollars and amount of transit cargo transportation through the republic territory to 18,5 of one million tons;

(e) providing the transport and logistic centers with necessary infrastructure;

(g) finishing number of the international dry ports in the republic conforming to all requirements with present 24 to 30;

(h) increase twice handling capacity of check points through Frontier according to the omission of cargo vehicles and capacity on processing of containers in the transport and logistic centers.
