About modification of rates for services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of review of rates for services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing, reduction of the list of the services in registration and licensing provided by the National Bank of Ukraine to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and settlement of a tariff of service in registration and licensing of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Notes 3, 5 and 6 to Rates for services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing, No. approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 at No. 784/8105 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 29, 2023 No. 94) (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"-3 For the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of service (transaction) in support of the software of client part of The Client of Bank — Bank module of the ABS "LEOPARD of Millennium" program complex are provided (are performed) free of charge.";
"-5 For the Public treasurer service of Ukraine services (transactions) are provided performed) free of charge.
For state bodies of Ukraine which are involved in accomplishment/implementation of the international, interstate and intergovernmental agreements about provision to Ukraine of financial support in defense and/or other spheres services (transactions) are provided performed) free of charge.
