About optimization of the measures directed to acceleration of realization of trans-European transportation network (TEN-T)

This law shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/1187 of July 7, 2021 about optimization of the measures directed to acceleration of realization of trans-European transportation network (TEN-T), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 258 of July 20, 2021, CELEX: 32021L1187.
(1) This law establishes the legal basis for coordination and acceleration of ministerial procedures and procedures of issue of permissions concerning the projects of transport infrastructure of road, rail, water, air and multimodal transport realized on sites of the national transportation network which is part of trans-European transportation network (TEN-T).
(2) This law is applied to procedures of issue of the approvals and permissions necessary for provision of permission to realization:
a) the projects realized on the sites of national transportation network included in the European transport corridors of the main network, approved by the Government, total cost more than 300 000 000 euros, except for the projects relating only to intelligent transportation systems, new technologies and innovations;
b) other projects of transport infrastructure which are of national interest, realized on sites of the national transportation network which is part of trans-European transportation network (TEN-T) including the projects relating only to intelligent transportation systems, new technologies and innovations.
(3) the Projects specified in part (2), are socially useful projects of national value.
(4) Operation of this law extends also to the public procurements necessary for implementation of the cross-border projects of transport infrastructure which are of national interest.
(5) the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development notifies the European commission on decision making about application of this law to projects, stipulated in Item b) parts (2).
