About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

1) in Article 114:

b) add with part 2 following of content:

2) Article 115 to add with part 4 following of content:

attract attraction to social jobs for a period of 20 till 30 o'clock.";

Part 1 of Article 454 to add 3) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) part 2 Articles 114, part 4 of article 115 of this Code under which protocols on offense are constituted by local government bodies.";

4) in Article 492:

a) word in paragraph one "Articles 113-124" shall be replaced with words "Article 113, part of 1 Article 114, parts 1-3 Articles 115, Articles 116-124";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Local government bodies constitute protocols on the offenses provided by part 2 Articles 114, part 4 of article 115 of this Code and take them to court for consideration.";

5) in Article 561:

a) add part 5 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) is used by control electronic technical means.";

b) add with the note of the following content:

"Note. Control electronic technical means - the devices and the software intended for control of accomplishment of social jobs.".
