1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of implementation of separate types of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 12, 2024 No. 167 the following changes:
in the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, personification, accounting, issue and destruction of the ID card and the all-civil passport approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The official documents processed to the territories of foreign states provided concerning documents acceptance on design of the ID card and the all-civil passport can be used in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in the presence of their consular legalization or apostille if other is not established by the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, shall be translated into the state or official languages of the Kyrgyz Republic. Authenticity of the signature of the translator who made transfer of documents shall be notarized.";
