"2) classification of risks shall cover all types of risks to which the bank is exposed in the daily activities, including those which give in to quantitative assessment more difficultly (reputation, komplayens-risk, etc.). In addition to the current risks the bank shall consider in the perspective estimates of capital adequacy any risks which can result from realization of its strategy or corresponding changes in its operational environment (for example, the risks connected with climate change; the risks connected with cryptocurrency assets; the risks connected with activities of bank branch in foreign state, etc.). The bank has the right to reveal and estimate these risks not as separate categories, and as a part of main types of bank risks (credit, market, operational, country, komplayens-risk and other substantial risks).
