About modification of some regulations (strengthening of system of protection of the child against violence, neglect and/or operation)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Family code No. 1316/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 47-48, 210), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 68 with part (3-1) following of content:
"(3-1) Claim for deprivation of the parent rights submitted to degree of jurisdiction are considered in essence till 45 working days from the date of filing of application for consideration. For the reasonable reasons connected with complexity of case, aggregate term can be prolonged no more than for 45 working days.".
2. Add Article 71 with part (4-1) following of content:
"(4-1) Claim for confiscation of the child at parents without deprivation of their parent rights submitted to degree of jurisdiction are considered in essence till 30 working days from the date of filing of application for consideration. For the reasonable reasons connected with complexity of case, aggregate term can be prolonged no more than for 45 working days.".
Art. II. - In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 57 to add 1) with Item g) the following content:
"g) documents, stipulated in Article 326-12, - in case of the positions assuming regular contact with children.".
2. In Item n) parts (1) Article 86 of the word" (Article 301)" to exclude.
3. Add the Section X with Chapter XVI-2 of the following content:
