About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of Coordination council on human rights under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of enhancement of mechanisms of providing and protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, implementation of the international obligations in the field of human rights, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Coordination council on human rights under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 18, 2013 No. 630 the following change:
- to state appendix to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of interaction of state bodies on consideration of messages and decisions of United Nations Human Rights Treaty Bodies" of November 8, 2017 No. 731 the following changes:
in Regulations on the order of interaction of state bodies on consideration of messages and decisions of United Nations Human Rights Treaty Bodies approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Item in paragraph one 1, the paragraph third item 4 the word "Government" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
- in Item 3:
in paragraph one "Government" to replace the word with the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
add with the paragraph the second the following content:
"In case of receipt of individual claims (messages), decisions (reasons) from United Nations Human Rights Treaty Bodies in English which amount exceeds 15 pages the Secretariat provides their (unofficial) transfer into the state or official languages.".
